Accommodation

Given the nature of the site, only thirteen bedrooms are en suite, and they will be assigned to conference participants on a first come, first served basis. The rest of the bedrooms all have washbasins, but share toilet and shower-room facilities. The prices quoted on the registration form are the same for all bedrooms, irrespective of facilities, as charged by the Conference Centre. Prices at this venue are already subsidised by the University of Wales.

Please note that there are many stairs/sometimes steep on the property, to/from bedrooms, and to/from lecture rooms. There are no lifts. While this may cause some inconvenience to some of the participants, there are ways to facilitate access, so please let us and Gregynog Conference Centre know well in advance if you require any special arrangements.
